I am an avid gardener, especially of herbs and collector of salt, sea glass and cookbooks. I became a professional Cooking Instructor in 2012 and am passionate about food and teaching cooking techniques to help ANYONE feel confident in the kitchen and proud of their creations. I believe in the importance of cooking from the heart and that each meal is made more special with love. My recipes and tips easily translate to the home cook and a favorite activity is to while away an afternoon "playing" in my kitchen after a garden harvest or trip to the market. My cooking is influenced by my Greek and French heritage, my family and my travel adventures.
