Classes

I offer private cooking classes in either a demonstration or hands on format throughout the Lehigh Valley. All YOU need to do is decide a theme for the evening, give me a space to work and I take care of everything else right down to the trash bag! I will bring  recipes for everyone too! It's a fantastic and unique way for friends to get together! Classes may be customized to fit your unique interests and requirements. Classes are offered in the privacy of your home and tailored to your needs.

Dinner for One (new recipes) COOKS264.(5)
If you are newly single or a confirmed singleton and would like to learn helpful kitchen techniques then this class is for you. We will make uncomplicated recipes like Chicken-Fried Steak, Cornbread, Mary's Kitchen Crispy Apple and Celery Salad and Chocolate Dip for dessert.
