Chocolate Dip for the Morning Call FOOD Section
Today I interviewed with Morning Call reporter Jennifer Sheehan. The interview was about No Bake Summer Desserts; so, my chocolate dip recipe will be featured next Wednesday on August 17th.
9 ounces chocolate, chopped
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Heat the cream to a simmer on the stove or in the microwave. Pour cream over the chocolate until melted (if the chocolate is not melting fast enough place in the microwave in 15-20 second intervals). Mix in butter. Serve immediately with fruits, marshmallows, and other treats.
