Bake Like a Hallmark Movie!

Over the weekend I finally got my brand new oven! I was oven-less for an entire month! Our oven went caput the Saturday after Thanksgiving. This was lucky because that meant we got to take advantage of Cyber Monday deals. This was also unlucky because everyone else in the the Lehigh Valley area also took advantage of Cyber Monday deals. That translates into long delivery times. Between my schedule and our family's schedule, we could not find a free Saturday until this past weekend.

The wait is over, Dear Readers! My new oven is here! Their  name is Frigidaire and I just know we will be fast friends! The best part about Igi (my nickname for him) is the racks from my old oven fit, so I now have five racks. FIVE! Count them, Dear Readers! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5! I used them all too! I made cookies for our daughter, Mia, to give to friends and for a school event so far. I have BIG, HUGE, GIGANTIC, AMAZING things planned for Igi and I want to ease him in gently so he can get used to the place. Once he is all settled in, I plan to bake like a Hallmark movie!
