As it happens, Valentine’s Day falls on a Thursday this year so that means only one thing, Dear Readers, planning. I’m thinking chicken and chocolate. I’m thinking chicken and chocolate because most of us have those two ingredients at home right now. I have been invited to cook up some easy romantic meal options this Saturday and you can bet, those two ingredients are on the menu. I am also planning to offer a cute gift project anyone can make as a romantic gesture, also with items around the house. Romance is not dead on a Thursday, but is is busy and tired after a long day of work so keep it simple and fun. Grab the chicken breasts and pound them flat and fancy. Bread and bake them until yummy and crispy. (Stuff then if you can.) Heat up a little cream and pour it over chocolate chips while you stir until it’s smooth to make a dip. Pass the dip around with cubed/sliced fruit, cake or something crunchy. Isn’t it romantic? Yep. I agree.
