Dressed to Cook

It is important to be what I like to call, dressed to cook. What does that mean? Hair back, sleeves tucked, apron tied, mind focused and equipment and ingredients gathered. Most importantly, have your heart and mind open. That’s right, Dear Readers, the most important part of dressing to cook is to have an open heart and mind. Why? Because then and only then can you have fun. Fun, plain and simple is the most important part of any recipe.
