Today is cloudy and mild outside and I am inspired to create something creamy, a little spicy and hearty. A hummus bowl with ground beef and something seasonal like tomatoes will be delicious. I will make a chewy, herby homemade focaccia to serve along with it and of course there is refreshing local beer to wash it all down. I think this combination will be just right for a day like today, what about you, Dear Reader? This sort of meal speaks to me and says, ‘there’s no place like hummus.’
