I have just come in from harvesting fresh peas in the rain. My reward? Champagne of course! Outside there were peas and prickles but inside there were pork chops to be flamed! Why am I flaming pork chops on a Wednesday you might ask? Flaming Pork Chops are my traditional anniversary dinner and yesterday was my husband, Russell, and my 25th wedding anniversary. For the first time on an anniversary night we went out to dinner so today we celebrated with a nature walk and a movie and now champagne and Flaming Pork Chops.
