Yiamas!

In our home, we LOVE to clink glasses and say a toast. As a Greek, I say, "Yiamas!" My husband gives a nod to his German heritage and says, "Prost!"

Whenever friends come to visit and we clink glasses together, I always ask, 'What do you say when you toast in your home?' The answer is different for everyone. Our Italian friends say, 'Cin Cin!' Our Irish friends say, 'Sláinte'. Our Latin friends say, 'Salud!' 

In the end, a toast is an excellent excuse to celebrate each other. Give a clink. Give a kiss. Give a smile. Here is to you, Dear Readers!
