Valentine’s Day is tomorrow so best get making those plans for dinner. A “plan” is particularly helpful for a novice and/or fearful home cook because plans keep us focused and organized. I was recently the featured chef on a local Saturday News program and today I share the link to the recipes and table setting ideas I made on air. Simply click the link below and learn how to make Cranberry Chicken (adapted from my friend and co-author Sara Singer’s cookbook Mad About Martha) and my Chocolate Dip recipe adapted from my cookbook Cooking Up Life. I also demonstrate how to make a rose from a napkin with one fold, two rolls and a tuck. Now you’re ready for love day.
Here is the link to my recipes and cooking segments on #wmfztv Saturday News this morning! Thank you Bo Koltnow and Karin Mallett for having me! https://www.wfmz.com/news/lehigh-valley/ideas-for-valentine-s-day-treats/1008072624
