I read in a Forbes article savory elements, artisanal grains, rose wine and citrus are among the hottest dessert trends of the summer. How does a Roasted Almond Buckwheat and Orange Shortbread with a Rose Refuction Glaze sound? Both sweet and trendy? Pretentious yet fun?Yep. I think so too. Not bad for an insomniac!
